Customers may want to contact us for one of two reasons: either in the unlikely event of a problem or they want to find out how to do something.

Our friendly helpdesk staff are there to ensure that queries are recognised and acted upon promptly and correctly.

Our services include:

  • Telephone, email and web support, 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, 4 Hr response (priority response & out of hours services also available)

  • Problem replication

  • Remote access support
