Automatically prints high quality business documents to any printer with an available driver (e.g. HP ; Canon; Zebra).

The Output Management process:
   •  The print-job is first intercepted and formatted (see
        Template Designer).
            
   •  If required additional data can be added to the document
      from external sources (e.g. database lookups).
             
   •  "Intelligent Routing" is then applied i.e.  administrator
       pre-defined automated rules sends the document
       to the assigned destination/s i.e. archive; fax;email; SMS,
       print determined by  Queue > Group > User > Template.
