We want to ensure that everyone using our solutions is trained to the correct level - whether they be at user or administrative level.

Lack of knowledge in the use of systems is one of the commonest issues for businesses. We take the time during installation to assess the skills of all users and then train them with standard , advanced and even bespoke courses.

We are aware that customers do not want to be tied into using suppliers for every minor change that they wish to effect.

For that reason, we train nominated representatives to an administrative level so that they can customise the system to meet any future needs.

However, we are always on hand should any help be needed.
